1 About Nextskill Technologies

Nextskill Technologies Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified IT company and training institute registered under Startup India and MSME, headquartered at No.91, Srinagar, Near Selva Vinayakar Temple,Hopes College, Peelamedu Post, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641 004, India

We provide IT training courses, software development services, digital marketing services, UI/UX design services, and internship programs. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and all services offered by Nextskill Technologies.

2 Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 17 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and enrollment
• You will not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

If you are enrolling on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3 Course Enrollment & Registration

3.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment in any Nextskill course is subject to availability. Courses are offered in Morning, Evening, and Weekend batches. Seat availability is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or signing of enrollment agreement.

3.2 Free Demo Class

We offer a free demo class for all courses. Attending a demo class does not constitute enrollment and carries no obligation to join. Demo classes are subject to batch availability and trainer schedule.

3.3 Course Commencement

Course start dates are subject to change based on batch formation. We will notify enrolled students of any changes at least 48 hours in advance via phone or email.

3.4 Attendance

Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to be eligible for the ISO-certified course completion certificate. Makeup sessions may be arranged at the discretion of the trainer for genuine absences.

4 Fees, Payment & Refund Policy

4.1 Course Fees

Course fees are communicated at the time of enrollment and are subject to change without prior notice for future batches. Enrolled students are not affected by fee changes during their active batch.

4.2 Payment Terms

Course fees may be paid in full upfront or in instalments as agreed at the time of enrollment. Instalment schedules must be adhered to. Non-payment of instalments may result in suspension of access to training sessions.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Before course commencement — Full refund minus a processing fee of ₹500, if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the start date
• Within first week of course — 50% refund if withdrawal is requested within the first 7 days of course commencement
• After first week — No refund will be issued after the first week of the course has been completed
• Demo class — Free demo classes are non-refundable as they are provided at no cost

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to nextskilltechnologies@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.

5 Certificates & Credentials

5.1 Course Completion Certificate

Students who successfully complete a course with minimum 75% attendance and satisfactory project submission will receive an ISO 9001:2015 certified course completion certificate from Nextskill Technologies Pvt Ltd.

5.2 Internship & Experience Letter

Students who complete the internship component will receive an ISO-certified experience letter and a LinkedIn recommendation from senior management, subject to satisfactory performance evaluation.

5.3 Certificate Validity

Nextskill Technologies certificates are issued by a Startup India and MSME registered company. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain industry recognition, we cannot guarantee acceptance of our certificates by specific employers or institutions.

6 Placement Assistance

We provide 100% placement assistance to all eligible graduates. Placement assistance includes:

• Resume building and review
• LinkedIn and GitHub profile optimisation
• Mock technical interview sessions
• HR referrals to our network of 500+ hiring companies

Important: Placement assistance does not guarantee employment. Job placement depends on the student's skills, performance in interviews, market conditions, and employer requirements. Nextskill Technologies is not liable for any student's failure to secure employment after receiving placement assistance.

Students must actively participate in the placement process, attend scheduled mock interviews, and respond promptly to HR referral opportunities to remain eligible for continued placement support.

7 Code of Conduct

All students, visitors, and clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful conduct towards trainers, staff, or fellow students
• Sharing or distributing course materials, recordings, or proprietary content without written permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other students' data
• Providing false information during enrollment or placement processes
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the learning environment

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund, and may be reported to appropriate authorities if illegal activity is involved.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our courses — including but not limited to course materials, lecture notes, videos, presentations, code samples, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Nextskill Technologies Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission
• Course recordings or materials provided to students are for personal learning use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed
• Student projects built during training may be used in the student's portfolio with appropriate attribution to Nextskill Technologies

9 IT Services & Client Projects

For clients engaging Nextskill Technologies for IT services (web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, etc.):

• All project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement or statement of work
• Payment terms for IT services will be specified in the individual project agreement
• Intellectual property for client projects transfers to the client upon full payment of project fees
• We are not liable for delays caused by client-side factors including delayed feedback, content provision, or payment
• Post-delivery support terms are specified in individual project agreements

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nextskill Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Loss of employment, income, or business opportunities resulting from your use of our training or services
• Interruption or suspension of our services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control
• Accuracy or completeness of course content with respect to rapidly evolving technologies

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Nextskill Technologies in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Course content will meet your specific learning requirements or career objectives
• Employment will be secured following completion of any course
• Specific salary levels or job roles will be achieved

12 Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
